The prediction every year in Spain is that the sun will shine for the most of the year, guaranteed. Its proximity to the equator and the burning mainland of Africa practically ensures that every year we are guaranteed that the sun will always shine. This is the main reason why people choose the move to Spain. Barbecues can be planned, washing left out, trips taken, windows left open etc.
